palmhosts.com is where guests book a Palm Hosts home — Central Florida near Disney, and a collection in Puerto Rico. The logo you see on this site is that guest brand.

cohost.company is the other door. It is for the owner of a vacation or second home, and for the Realtor walking a buyer through “can we rent this by the night?” The work is co-hosting: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Hopper, and direct stays, run locally, with the listing and the payouts left in the owner’s name.

Palm Hosts publishes a collection of 25+ homes and a 9.6 average guest rating on its own booking site. That is the guest operation. It is not a promise that every co-hosted home will match it. A resort condo and a lakefront house earn different reviews for different reasons.

The focus of this co-host desk is Orlando, Kissimmee, and the communities guests already mean when they say “near Disney”: ChampionsGate, Reunion, Windsor Hills, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Davenport, and the St. Cloud addresses that need an honest no.
