Content on cohost.company explains how Palm Hosts co-hosts vacation homes. It is not a management agreement, a guarantee of bookings, a legal opinion, tax advice, or an insurance recommendation. A co-host relationship starts only in a written agreement that names the home, the scope, the fee, and how either side can end it.

The booking calculator and the month notes are illustrations of how this market behaves. They are not a forecast of your revenue. Platform names are used to describe where homes can be listed. Palm Hosts is not endorsed by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Hopper.

Permit descriptions are a starting map. Ordinances, fees, and what an OTA remits can change. Confirm them with the county, the city, the HOA, DBPR, and your own advisors.
