You do not hand over the house. You invite a local operator onto the work, and you keep the asset.

1. 01Look

   You send the address. We check whether the parcel and the HOA even allow short stays, and whether the home fits this desk.

2. 02Agree the scope

   Full desk, or a smaller slice. The fee is a percentage of accommodation, quoted after that look — not a number invented on a webpage.

3. 03Open the doors

   Airbnb co-host access, plus your Vrbo, Booking.com, and Hopper accounts or a shared calendar. Direct booking on palmhosts.com when the home is ready.

4. 04Set your weeks

   Holidays you want are blocked everywhere before peak rates go live.

5. 05Run the stays

   Messages, price changes, cleaner timing, and same-night problems. You approve spending that is not routine.

6. 06See the month

   A short note: what booked, what guests said, what needs a decision. You can stop on written terms.
