These communities are in the Osceola vacation corridor and are widely used as short-term rentals, subject to association rules and county licensing. Confirm the specific association — Hills and Palms are not identical — before you copy a neighbor’s listing.
Who books here
Parents who filtered for a resort pool, a bedroom per child, and a gate. They arrive tired. Check-in has to work without a phone call to you in another time zone.
The homes
Townhomes and villas. Guests compare pool access, bunk rooms, and “minutes to Disney,” so those claims have to survive a car ride.
What we watch
- Minutes-to-gate claims should match a normal traffic evening, not an empty test drive at dawn.
- Resort wristbands and parking passes are part of turnover, not an extra the guest discovers.
- Identical floor plans mean your photos and your last twenty reviews are the whole ad.
