Do I still own the listing, the reviews, and the payouts?
Yes. On Airbnb you invite a co-host and choose how much access we get. Guest payouts continue to your account. Reviews stay on your listing, which is the asset you are building. Vrbo, Booking.com, and Hopper do not use Airbnb’s co-host switch — we operate inside your accounts, or connect them through a shared calendar, and we never need to become the merchant of record to do the work.
