Can I block dates and stay in my own vacation home?
That is the point of a second home. You tell us the weeks you want — holidays, school breaks, a random long weekend — and those nights come off every channel. Booked guest stays stay booked. The earlier you mark your trips, the less often we have to choose between a guest and your sofa.

Send the dates before they are live on the calendar. We close them everywhere, not just on Airbnb.
- 02Guests already in
A reservation that is confirmed stays confirmed. We do not cancel a family so a late owner trip can land.
- 03Between your trips
The open nights are priced and filled. You get the home back clean for your arrival when the schedule allows a turnover.
