Who handles cleaning, linens, and repairs?
We schedule the turnover and call the vendor. You pay the cleaner and the repair — those are house costs, not buried inside a mystery fee. If you already have a cleaner you trust, we will work with them. If you do not, we bring in people we already use on Palm Hosts homes.
