How do you price around Disney season and the slow weeks?
The corridor does not have one rate. Christmas week, spring break, and Thanksgiving are not the same product as early September. We set a floor so a slow Tuesday does not train the market to underpay you, and we lift the obvious peaks. You can see the logic, and you can override a week.
- 01Peaks
Christmas and New Year, spring break, Easter when it falls in April, June and July, Thanksgiving week, Halloween party season, marathon weekend.
- 02Softer stretches
Late August into September, and midweeks in January outside event weekends. Filling them beats holding a fantasy rate.
- 03Your floor
A minimum you are willing to accept, so software never discounts the home into a loss after cleaning and fees.
