How do I get paid, and when do I see the numbers?
OTA payouts land in the bank account on your listing. We do not sit between the guest’s card and your mortgage. Each month you get a short note: nights booked, payouts, cleaning and other house costs we know about, review scores, and anything that needs a decision. You can ask for a week if something looks off.

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Hopper settles to your connected account on that site’s schedule.
- 02Direct stays
A booking on palmhosts.com is arranged with you in the open, not folded quietly into an OTA total.
