What does co-hosting cost, and what is extra?
The co-host fee is a percentage of accommodation revenue, quoted after we see the home, the HOA, and how involved you want to be. It is not taken out of taxes or out of the cleaner’s money. Cleaning, supplies, repairs, platform fees, and lodging taxes are separate and shown that way. There is no invented number on this site on purpose — a condo with resort rules and a six-bedroom pool home are not the same job.
