Can you start a listing from zero, or only take one over?
Both. A new vacation home needs photos, a license check, house rules, and a cleaner before the first guest. An existing listing needs an audit: photos, gaps in the calendar, review themes, and whether the rate is stuck in last summer. The first month is setup either way. We do not skip it to look busy.
