What is a co-host, and how is that different from a property manager?
A co-host runs the hosting with you. You keep the listing, the guest relationship, and the payouts. A traditional manager often takes the listing onto their own account and brand. Palm Hosts is the co-host model: local operations, your name still on the home.

Every message, price change, cleaner, and 11 p.m. lockout sits with you — even when you are at your real job or in another state.
- 02Co-host
You invite us onto the listing. We message, price, sync calendars, and coordinate the turnover. Payouts stay in your account. You can block your own weeks.
- 03Full manager
Useful if you want zero involvement. The tradeoff is usually their brand, their listing, and less say over how the home is presented.
