What do you need from me to start?
The address, how the HOA treats rentals, photos or a time we can make them, a way for cleaners to get in, and the weeks you already know you want. If the home is listed, read-only access is enough for the first look. We do not need your bank login.

Address and, if you have it, the HOA rental policy or a contact on the board.

Airbnb co-host invite, or logins you are comfortable sharing for Vrbo, Booking.com, and Hopper.
- 03The house
Lock method, cleaner if you have one, Wi-Fi, and anything a guest must not touch.
- 04Your calendar
Trips already planned, and how reachable you want to be.
